Request for judicial anonymity

According to the rules of the Judical Administration nr. 3/2022 on publication of judgments and rulings on court websites, a court shall accept a request for anonymity when a year has passed since the publication of the court order. Requests shall be received by the relevant court electronically through the application form below.

Please note that only the relevant information of the person requesting anonymity is cleared from the judgment.
