The District Courts

Request for charges to the District Courts

  • The public has the right to receive, on payment of a fee, a copy of the indictment (and the statement of the accused as well as a certified copy of the court record, rulings and decisions that have been entered in the court record.)

  • The case number must be provided with the request.

  • A case must be registered in order for the indictment to be delivered.
