The influencer is seeking public services for which a review is sought for real, not in a test environment.

Note that not all services in reviewing applies to everyone, but nevertheless, the entire group of influencers will always be notified. An example of that is a digital application for parental leave where it is only available to expecting parents as well as discount in Loftbrú.
