Delivery assessment

About the delivery assessment

In accordance with the tender documents (section 1.5.3), a delivery assessment will be carried out at the end of each project contract. The aim of the delivery assessment is to maintain the quality of projects and create an active dialogue for improvement with teams within the contract on how buyers and sellers can improve the execution of the contract. The weighted average score of all of a team's delivery assessments will replace the score for projects in the initial assessment. The price and quality for the team's knowledge and experience are fixed for the duration of the contract. Thus, it is only the score received for the project component, which was worth 50% of the total score, that changes once a year in line with performance

Message to the delivery manager

Below is a draft delivery assessment sent to the delivery manager for feedback. Each statement is rated as either 1 or 0. The bottom 2 statements are intended as a bonus. This means that a full score is actually 95%, but can reach a maximum of 100% with bonus questions about additional quality. This method is an attempt to remove subjectivity from the assessment process. Nevertheless, incidents may arise where a subjective assessment is necessary.
