The unemployment rate for men in February was 4,5%, up from 4,4% in January. The unemployment rate for women was 4,0% in February, up from 3,9% in January.

Unemployment among young adults:

There were 986 young adults, aged 18-24 years unemployed in February 2025, up from 956 in January.

Long-term unemployment

There were 1.538 long-term unemployed (unemployed longer than 12 months) at the end of February 2025. In January there were 1.472 long-term unemployed.

Forecast for March 2025:

It is expected that the unemployment rate will be between 4,2% and 4,3% in March.
