The Board introduces a new website and web portal
The Complaint Board for goods and services has launched a new website and a new web portal. Here you can find further information on which portal to use depending on when a complaint was submitted to the Board.
The Board for Consumer Goods and Services has launched a new website and web portal.
Complaints submitted before 7 January 2025 will continue to be handled in the Board’s old web portal. A direct link to the old portal is available on the homepage.
Complaints submitted on or after 7 January 2025, as well as new complaints, will be handled through the new web portal. The homepage provides links for logging in to the new portal, as well as a direct link to a complaint form for submitting new complaints.
The Board hopes the transition will go smoothly with minimal disruptions. If any issues or questions arise, please contact the Board by email at kvth@kvth.is.
The website is still under development, and the Board asks for users’ patience. Suggestions for improvements are also welcome.
