Smáraskóli is the winner of the 2020 Six!

A jury has selected three best short films in the sixth edition of 2024 and the winner is Smáraskóli for the short film “VINIR Í RAUN”. We congratulate them!

The results are as follows:

1st place: – VINUR Í RAUN. Authors: Jane María, Ásta Lind, Alexandra Ósk, Fabian, Sara Björk, Ásdís Elva.

2nd place: TÆLING. Authors: Zein, Björn, Helgi, Óðinn, Eiður.

3rd place: – SAMÞYKKI. Authors: Kamilla, Lilla, Majd, Ágústa, Brynjar, Brimir, Haukur, Anna and the class 71B.

Motivational award: for the short film Speaking from the ground. Authors: Dagný, Anna, Hanna and Ásthildur.

The six-month short film competition is a new educational initiative by the National Crisis Response Unit for students in the 7 th grade in Icelandic elementary schools.
