On 22-23 August, an annual meeting of the Nordic Director of Public Prosecutions was held in Reykjavík.
On 22-23 August, an annual meeting of the Nordic Director of Public Prosecutions was held in Reykjavík.
These meetings are very useful, but they cover the main legislative changes and the issues that are of most importance in each Nordic country, involving criminal law and criminal procedure.
This year's meeting included discussion of the prosecution's independence and the status of victims in criminal procedure.
