Confirmation of change in the main organisation of Rangárþing ytra for trade and services in the land of Háteig, Þykkvabær

The Icelandic Planning Agency confirmed, on 19 September 2024, the amendment to the General Plan of Rangárþing ytra 2016-2028, which was approved by the local authority on 14 August 2024.

The amendment includes a definition of 0,2 ha of commercial and service areas, with agricultural areas reduced as much as that.

The procedure was according to Article 36(1) of the Icelandic Administrative Procedures Act 123/2010.
