This part is completed only if the consignment is also transported through another country (transit).

Enter the serial number of the form within the set and the total number of forms submitted.

Example: If the declaration consists of one main form and two continuation sheets, enter:

• 1/3 on form E-2.1

• 2/3 on the first continuation sheet (E-2.2)

• 3/3 on the second continuation sheet (E-2.2)

If the declaration covers only one tariff item, leave Box 3 blank and enter 1 in Box 5.

Enter the total number of tariff items included in the consignment, covering both the main form and any continuation sheets.

Field format: (n..3)

Enter the total number of packages in the consignment.

If the goods are shipped in bulk, enter 1 package.

Field format: (n..11)

Enter the reference number used in your accounting records to identify the declaration and its supporting documents.

Field format: (a..15)

Enter the name and address of the consignee or buyer.

If there is more than one consignee, enter "See commercial invoices".

Field format:

E-6 reference: Box 6

Enter the code of the country from which payment is received (country of transaction, not the country of origin of the goods).

Enter the code in the first part of the box only.

If you are completing the declaration on your own behalf, enter "Exporter".

If the declaration is completed by a customs broker or other authorised representative, enter their name, Icelandic identification number (kennitala), telephone number, and address.
