Permit to operate a leisure service for disabled children

Application

The leisure service includes a time off for disabled children after the end of their regular school day and, where applicable, before the start of daily classes, as well as on the days off (other than the official holidays) when schools are not operating.

Application process

  1. Applicant Applies for Permit to GEV

  2. GEV checks if the necessary information and data is included in the application

  3. GEV sends a request for comment to the municipality and the municipal fire control department

  4. The GEV takes a decision on the case and informs the applicant and his municipality of the result.

Application supporting documents

  • Permission to obtain a criminal record certificate of the applicant

  • Career of the applicant or the service provider

  • Operating plan or last annual accounts

  • Copy of the authorisation of the Health Committee of the municipality
