IPS – For young people looking for work (18-29 years old)
IPS (Individual Placement and Support) is a program that helps jobseekers aged 18 to 29 find work that aligns with their interests and strengths.
The service is tailored to each person and is built in the internationally recognized IPS model, which emphasizes that participation in work is key to activation and improved well-being.
Within IPS, you can receive:
Personal guidance: An IPS counsellor works closely with you to identify jobs opportunities based on your interests and strengths.
Direct links to the labour market: IPS counsellors collaborate with employers to create employment opportunities.
Follow-up support: We continue to provide assistance and guidance after you have started a job in a new workplace.
If you are 18 to 29 and want to take the next step in your job search, IPS may be the right option for you.
