Applications shall be made for reimbursement for costs incurred in connection with accidents by filling in the form "Refunds of medical expenses due to accident insurance" and submitting it to the Iceland Health or to the representatives of a District Commissioners outside the capital area. The application must be accompanied by health care accounts and a payment confirmation. The form can be found under Applications and forms.
