A registered owner, individual, or estate, of residential property located within the urban limits of Grindavík, if the person concerned had a registered domicile in the property on 10 November 2023.
The condition of legal domicile in a property may be waived if temporary circumstances explain that the person concerned did not have a registered legal domicile in the building.
