Do I need to have legal residence in my residential property so that I can request that the government buys it?
The owner must have been registered as domiciled in the building on 10 November 2023. There is no requirement that the owner is still registered as domiciled in the property.
You can request that this condition is not applicable if the person concerned was temporarily domiciled elsewhere.
