Can the person sitting in an undivided estate deduct the funeral costs of the person who died before from the inheritance report?

No. If the estate being divided after the death of both spouses, and the spouse who lived longer sit in an undivided estate, then the claim may only be declared as a deduction on the date of death. Such a deduction is thus only justified if, on the death of person who lived longer, there was an unpaid claim for the funeral of the person who died earlier.
