The application must include, among other things:

• The proposed size and location of the bonfire

• The materials intended to be burned

• How the spread of the fire will be controlled

• The name and identification number of the responsible person

• Information about the planned timing of the bonfire

• Information about access to firefighting water, the permit holder's preparedness, and the response plan
