Is it possible to transfer vessel from the hook and line system to the general fishing permit system before the end of the fishing year?
In general, it is only possible to switch between systems at the end of the fishing year. The Directorate of Fisheries has, however, authorized an exchange if a vessel has not landed anything during the fishing year or has received a special fishing permit for the boat.
