I want to transfer lumpfish rights from a boat I sold a year ago, but it was not mentioned in the purchase agreement.
Since this was not stated in the purchase agreement, you cannot request a transfer of the rights. The current owner must request the transfer with a form called Application for transfer of rights to lumpfish fishing between boats.
