where do I apply for a workplace audit?
It is not possible to request a specific inspection of a workplace from the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health.
If you have a concern about inadequate conditions in the workplace, we encourage you to notify us regarding the working environment. Suggestion can be submitted anonymously, but it is important to include information about the workplace. We will review the suggestion and contact the workplace if there is reason to do so.
