Application for a permit to employ a child under the age of 13
Children under the age of 13 may not generally be employed.
However, it is permitted to employ children under 13 to participate in:
– cultural and artistic events
– sports activities
– advertising work
A permit from the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health must be obtained before employing a child under the age of 13.
