DRG - Casemix funding in health care

Visual DRG is a web-based application that allows users to enter certain parameters from the medical record and it shows in which DRG group the out-/inpatient episode is classified. The company LOGEX owns the program and inserts each year's Icelandic DRG grouper into the program for users in Iceland, along with the weights and unit price each year.

The Directorate of Health manages access to the program and handles all communication with LOGEX on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

The aim is to provide education on how to use the application once a year. Registered users will receive a meeting invitation on Teams.
