Application for the Public Service Leaders' Training Fund

The Public Service Leaders' Training Fund supports its members in maintaining and developing their professional competence and education in accordance with the fund's objectives. Regarding managers and executives, emphasis is placed on providing support to meet the requirements set for them in the government's management policy at any given time.

The fund's board consists of three representatives appointed by the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, including one nominated by the Association of Directors of State Institutions. One of them also serves as the chairperson. The board can hire an employee to handle administration and processing of applications, payment of grants in accordance with the board's instructions, and recording of minutes. The board meets as necessary to discuss applications and the fund's involvement in individual projects.
