The aim of the study programme is for students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of learning and teaching in an inclusive school in a multicultural society, as well as their ability to lead school work on that basis. It is emphasised that the participants learn to have human values, democracy, and social justice as guiding principles. The focus is mainly on how children and young people with different learning prerequisites and developing conditions can live in a community with others. The aim is for the participants to acquire the ability to work with others to create a school culture where everyone's strengths can flourish.
