In Biomedical Engineering, engineering methods are applied to address biological and medical issues, such as the discovery and development of new technologies and methods for diagnosing and treating diseases. Here, various disciplines converge, including mathematics and physics with molecular biology and physiology, in the search for solutions to health-related issues.
