Participants will:

• gain knowledge of public procurement procedures on innovation

• to distinguish between public innovation and public procurement of innovation

• can focus their actions and decisions on procurement on their own needs rather than on demands for a specific solution

• experience a new attitude towards creating value in public sector operations through acquisition and the introduction of innovation
