This is not only a milestone, but also a recognition of the journey we’ve been on to create a workplace where we all have equal opportunities to grow, lead, and make an impact.

Diverse leadership teams make better decisions, help build a stronger culture, and deliver better outcomes for the organization, our customers, and society as a whole.

We thank Jafnvægisvogin for this recognition, and above all, our wonderful staff, whose contributions have made it possible.

Equality is not a project with an end date; it requires ongoing effort, and we’re committed to continuing to do even better.
