The Financial Management Authority participates in a European AI development project

The Financial Management Authority (FMA) is participating in the GovTech4All project, where an AI solution for drafting tender documents is being developed in collaboration with international partners.
A key lesson from the project is that AI is highly effective as a support tool for specialists, but does not replace them. The focus is therefore on collaboration between procurement and domain experts, with AI supporting the workflow and drawing on previous data.
The approach has already delivered positive results in testing and indicates that such tools can improve both quality and efficiency in public procurement.
