The event Public intrapreneurs success stories (Reynslumiðlun opinberra frumkvöðla) takes place on Wednesday 23 September. Recipients of the Public Sector Innovation Awards 2026 will share their experience of successful improvement projects they have been involved in through their work.

Special attention will be given to the challenges that had to be overcome and the lessons that can be drawn from reform and innovation projects in the public sector. The event is an ideal venue for anyone interested in improvement and innovation in public services.

The event takes place on Wednesday 23 September from 13:00 to 15:00 in the Dynjandi conference room at the Financial Management Authority, Katrínartún 6, 1st floor. The entrance is from Bríetartún, through the main entrance of the Financial Management Authority. Doors open at 12:30.
