Stafræn heilsa, in cooperation with the Financial Management Authority, invites interested parties to an introductory meeting regarding a planned framework agreement tender for specialists in software development, operations, and consulting.

The meeting will cover:

• general information about the framework agreement, qualification requirements, and who may submit a tender

• roles within the framework agreement

• selection for inclusion in the agreement and evaluation of tenders

• arrangements for purchases under the agreement, including direct purchases and mini-competitions

• delivery and performance evaluation during the contract period

The meeting will be held remotely on 30 June 2026 from 9:00 to 10:00.During the meeting itself and after the meeting, until 12:00 noon on the same day, participants will have the opportunity to submit questions through a form that will be sent to registered participants.

An effort will be made to answer as many questions as possible during the meeting. Other questions will be answered as soon as possible, and the questions and answers will be sent to participants and published anonymously.

Please note that the tender documents are still being prepared, and tenderers will have the opportunity to review the final version once the tender is published.
