Central Procurement Agreement system
On the website www.midlaegirsamningar.is you can find information about the central procurement agreements managed by the Financial Management Authority that are currently in effect.
The website is intended for public buyers who use central procurement agreements for purchasing. It is also useful for companies that are parties to the agreements.

Each agreement page includes:
the validity period of the agreement
which suppliers are included
guidance on how to use the agreement

Access to the Financial Management Authority’s Central Procurement System
Public buyers with access to the Financial Management Authority’s procurement system can view product categories and the terms of framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems.
How to sign in
Select a framework agreement.
Go to the “View terms” tab.
Sign in.
Select “New registration” if you have not signed in before.
Who can access the system?
Staff members of A-part government institutions are granted access to the procurement system.
Staff members of B-part government institutions can apply for access.
Vendors and suppliers do not have access to the restricted area.
Access to the procurement system
With access to the Financial Management Authority’s procurement system, users can view product categories and the terms of framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems.
New registration in the Financial Management Authority’s procurement system
When registering for the first time, a request for access is sent to the Financial Management Authority. Within approximately 24 hours after registration, the applicant receives an email confirming whether access to the system has been granted.
Staff members of A-part government institutions are granted access to the system. These institutions are primarily funded by public funds. See A-part government institutions.
Staff members of B-part government institutions may apply for membership.
Parties to the Financial Management Authority’s framework agreement system, such as buyers, can view the terms of each agreement after signing in. Please note that vendors and suppliers do not have access to the restricted area.
Signing in
Select a framework agreement.
Go to the “View terms” tab.
Sign in.
If you have not signed in before, or if you previously used the older State Trading Centre website, select “New registration”.
After entering the required information, buyers receive access automatically.
