Meta plans to use Facebook and Instagram data to train artificial intelligence – you can say no
29th April 2025
The Data Protection Authority has published more detailed instructions on objections to the processing of Meta's personal data for the training of artificial intelligence.
This applies to all material you have made public – both new and old. If you do not want your data to be used, you must object before the end of May 2025.
You can do this by filling out a simple form online. If you do nothing, Meta will assume that you have agreed to the use.
Below are step by step instructions on how you object to the use.
