E-mail (and an attachment) received from the Data Protection Authority is intended for the registered recipient only.

Those who receive email from the Data Protection Authority incorrectly should comply with the provisions of Article 88(4) of the Electronic Communications Act no. 70/2022 and maintain the utmost confidentiality.

The email may not be read, recorded, copied or used in any way and the person concerned must immediately inform the Data Protection that he/she has received it incorrectly. Finally, it is requested that such emails and theirattachments be deleted.
