Workshop on Grant Writing for the LIFE Programme

Rannís will offer a full day workshop on proposal writing in the LIFE Programme the 25th June in the capital area.

The workshop is intended for those who are interested in applying to the LIFE programme, as applications for 2026 are now open (see news on the Rannís website).

The workshop is open to applicants of all stages, i.e. everything from applicants who have yet to formulate their project idea to applicants with a fully formulated project proposal.

The workshop will be led by external consultants and conducted in English. The consultants will have access to the answers in the registration form in order to prepare the workshop, we ask you therefore to answer the questions in English.

Participants have the option to submit a project idea ahead of the workshop in order to receive project-specific advice from the trainers until June 18th. The consultants might contact some of the participants in advance in order to prepare the workshop.

The registration fee is ISK 4,900, which includes the workshop, lunch, and afternoon coffee. An invoice will be sent to participants after registration. We note that many trade unions subsidise participation in courses such as this, and we encourage participants to contact their union to explore that option.

Please note that we have limited places available and if the demand exceeds the availability, the organizers reserve the right to prioritize places to participants that intend to submit a LIFE applications this year.
