An internal audit of ISAC’s quality management system was conducted from 3–5 September by Karolina Magnusson Stenmark, Quality Manager at Swedac — a leading Nordic authority in quality and accreditation.

The audit concluded successfully, noting substantial improvements made over the past year and confirming that ISAC’s quality management system meets international requirements. The review also highlighted that development work remains ongoing, with continued focus on strengthening and further stabilising the system.

As part of the visit, specialised training was delivered for ISAC’s Quality Manager. The training aimed to enhance internal capabilities and support the continued implementation and development of the quality management system.
