An older log-on route supporting IceKey will remain active until 1 October 2023.

The change means that it is now possible to register on behalf of companies and under the authority of an individual if a mandate has been granted through Authorisation System. Login supports all formats of electronic identification.

With a new log-on, you can choose to log on as an Individual in both the Gagnagátt and Réttindagátt, which is for those individuals who are not logging on as a company or with a mandate for another individual through Ísland.is.

Those individuals who have a mandate on behalf of an individual enter under the Mandate in Réttindagátt. Those who are registered with access to companies on Ísland.is or with a mandate register under the Company or a mandate in the Gagnagátt.
