The first meeting of HSU’s Professional Council.
18th February 2026
The first meeting of the newly appointed Professional Council was held with HSU’s Executive Board on Wednesday, 18 February 2026.

The Professional Council is appointed for a three-year term. When it was established, all staff members were given the opportunity to put themselves forward or to nominate other colleagues. The Council will strengthen professional dialogue within HSU and support targeted decision-making aimed at enhancing the quality of HSU’s services in the future.
At the meeting, the CEO presented the institution’s operational plan, reviewed the status of key issues, and finally outlined a draft on how the Professional Council and the Executive Board will collaborate in the coming months.
On the occasion of the first meeting, a photo was taken of the Council. Missing from the photo is Andri Heide, Head of the Emergency Department.
