Continuing to be satisfied

Results for February are comparable to those for the previous month.
Service recipients are generally very satisfied with HSU’s service and 83% of the 1350 people who answered the question believed the service was good.
Respondents continue to believe that the staff’s attitude is exemplary, or 4.6 out of 5 possible.
The open answers from the service survey are reviewed regularly and all suggestions are taken into account with the aim of working on improvements.
