Residents moving into a new nursing home in Selfoss

The residents are gradually moving into a new nursing home in Selfoss and are in the clouds with their new home, as the rooms are semi-detached suites.

The nursing home is built in a circle and has room for sixty residents. . The oldest Sunnlander, a 103-year-old woman was among the first residents to enter the home.

The new nursing home, which has been named Móberg, is located next to the Selfoss hospital. The home is built in a circle and was not saved for its construction, but the government and local authorities are funding the construction. The first residents are newly moved in, but five dozen people will be in the home, and residents will move in gradually over the next few weeks.
