We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and ambitious leader with a strong professional vision to guide HSU’s healthcare services into the future, in line with the evolving healthcare landscape and increasing demands for quality, safety, and innovation. The Chief Nursing Officer is a member of HSU’s Executive Management Team, reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and plays an influential role in shaping the organization’s professional strategy. This is a full-time position (100%). The appointment will commence on 1 November, or as otherwise agreed.

The role encompasses professional leadership, strategic planning, and the development of HSU’s nursing services. The Chief Nursing Officer holds overall professional responsibility for the organization’s nursing services and plays a key role in strategy development, operations, service improvement, and the implementation of change initiatives across the organization.
