About electronic data submission

Documents and physical evidence to be submitted for the proceedings shall be deemed to have been delivered to the court if they are received electronically within the required time limit. The court must also send the required number of copies of the documents and other physical evidence by post immediately.

The parties are obliged to provide the counterparty simultaneously with documents and visible evidence that are thus provided to the court.

  • 3rd paragraph of the transitional provision in law number 88 of 2008 on criminal proceedings.
