Document Registration on Tuesday, January 6 2026
Reception, registration, processing, unregistration, and delivery of registered documents take place at the office of the institution at Hlíðasmári 1, Kópavogur, on the 1st floor, from Monday to Thursday between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, and on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
The following documents have been reviewed/registered:
General Documents
Documents received by December 19 have been reviewed and are available for collection.
By January 20, efforts will be made to have general documents submitted for registration today.
Clients are encouraged to check the status on the website before visiting to pick up the documents. (General documents refer to documents other than those specifically mentioned below)
Declaration of property division and Property Line Adjustments:
Declarations of property division submitted for registration by December 19 or earlier have been reviewed, provided they have been processed by the Housing and Construction Authority. If a declaration has not been registered, it may be subject to restrictions. For further information, please contact us at the registration department.
Older property division declarations have been registered if they meet legal requirements.
Property Line Adjustments, submitted for registration by December 19 or earlier have been reviewed. If the documents have not been registered, they may be subject to restrictions, and it is best to contact our registration department for further information.
Document unregistration:
Documents received on January 5 have been unregistered.
