At week 44, seven were diagnosed with influenza, type A. The number of confirmed COVID-19 diagnoses and rhinoviruses is similar to the number of diagnoses in recent weeks. Looking at the age division of COVID-19 diagnoses this year, you can see that the highest frequency is in the age group 80 years and older. Five were diagnosed with RSV, four of whom were children under the age of one year. No influenza outbreaks have been started.

In a new report (Icelandic), the frequency of respiratory diseases is further reviewed in week 44 of 2023.
