Due to numerous inquiries about the status of cases handled by the Directorate of Health, the Office wishes to inform you that delays will continue in many areas because of busy schedules.

All cases received by the Directorate of Health are processed accordingly. Every case is dealt with as swiftly as possible and prioritised based on the circumstances of each individual case.
