TR conducts a monthly service survey
TR is participating in the service survey of government institutions organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy. The survey will be sent monthly by e-mail to TR's customers who have completed and errands in the previous month. The first sending of the survey will be in September. Customers of TR's service center in Hlíðasmáro can also take the survey by scanning a QR code.
The goal is to strengthen and enhance our customer service in order to be able to provide the best possible service by reaching as many users as possible.
The survey is non-personally identifiable and participation is voluntary. The survey consists of five short questions that are the same for all organizations participating in the survey. It is in Icelandic, English, Polish and in sign language.
