Recommendations for candidates

Prior to elections, all parties intending to run for office must collect their recommendations in the constituencies in which political organisations intend to run. Political associations may collect recommendations electronically for candidate lists in each constituency. Once the stated number of references has been reached, they are returned electronically to the presiding election board. Co-ordinators see a summary of their recommendations on my pages and can de-register their recommendations if political organisations have not submitted candidate lists to the presiding election board.

The project had many different users:

Legislators crafted a very manual process, so it was a challenge to ensure a good user experience while also ensuring that all the steps that the legislature requires are being followed.

Benefits:
