Realtime closure nr. 6

The ban on fishing with bottom trawl at Berufjarðarálshorni will take effect at 12:00 on the 8th of December and will remain effective until 12:00 on the 22nd of december 2022.

The exclusion zone is limited by the following coordinates:

1. 6°08,00´N, 13°15,00´V6
2. 64°03,00´N, 13°12,70´V
3. 64°05,50´N, 13°07,00´V
4. 64°08,50´N, 13°07,50´V

The prerequisite for closure is: Prohibition of bottom trawl fishing at Berufjarðarálshorn. Small saithe in catch trawlers 93 % below the threshold.
