Digital registrations of real estate activities

The project, electronic registrations, is getting along very well. Soon electronic registration for real estate loans it will be possible. The Real Estate Association invited the team behind electronic registration to The day of the real estate sale earlier in the month. The changes brought about by this improved service were reviewed.

Electronic cancellations and electronic registration of mortgage bonds have already been completed. Now, the electronic registration of real estate transactions as described above and preparation with real estate agents are in full swing.

District Commissioners, the National Registry of Iceland, the Housing and Infrastructure Agency, and the Ministry of Justice are collaborating on the project with Júní, Prógramm, Intellecta, and Direkta, as well as Digital Iceland.
