General

Land owners, municipalities, associations and other landowners can apply for a grant for xx in

Amount of grant

The amount of the grant may be up to 2/3 of the cost of work, equipment and purchase of supplies, but not more than 10% of the funds allocated in each case.

Duration

Grants may be granted for a maximum period of 5 years if a timetable of action is attached to the application.

A mid-term report and a revised plan must be submitted at the end of each year during the grant period. Where should they be sent?

When an application is sent

The decision on the award of grants focuses on:

  • stopping the rapid erosion and deforestation

  • restoration of vegetation, soil and wetlands

  • sustainable land use

  • binding of carbon in vegetation and soil
