The most common feature is that the page was not published or something you quote on the page is not published. It could be, for example, a link used in the raft used on the page.

There is also a possibility that the sync service is wrong if the change is within the raft or content that is quoted on the page. Try making a small change to the page itself (e.g. add a space in the introductory text) and save it. If it works, you must ask the programmer to change the setting to sync service.
